About us

The Cultural and Scientific Council of the Embassy of Spain in the Netherlands promotes cultural and scientific cooperation between the Netherlands and Spain, fostering mutual knowledge and the development of dynamic networks between professionals and institutions in both countries. We collaborate with Dutch institutions to build lasting partnerships through a wide range of multidisciplinary initiatives.

Our program supports the presence and participation of Spanish professionals in the Dutch artistic and scientific circuit, with special interest in avant-garde proposals driven by young talents.

Through the local and open call for proposals, the Consejería invites cultural and scientific agents to present cultural and scientific collaboration projects between Spain and the Netherlands to be implemented in the host country, offering different modalities of support and accompaniment.
